What is BA LLB?

BA LLB full form is Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law is a five-year integrated LLB course that candidates can pursue after completing Class 12. The Law course is an amalgamation of Humanities and Law streams, which allows candidates to study subjects such as History, Sociology, Administrative Law, Criminology, Family Law, and so on. This course is an extremely popular option for students completing Senior Secondary Education. Many top colleges and universities offer this course and lakhs of candidates take admission to this course every year, proving the growing demand and popularity of a five-year integrated law program. Candidates who wish to pursue a career in litigation can appear for AIBE which is also known as All India Bar Examination. To be eligible, one must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50-55 percent marks and cleared entrance exams like CLAT, LSAT, or AILET. The majority of Law schools run a semester system in which the five-year duration course is divided into 10 semesters.

PH.D. FEE STRUCTURE: SESSION 2022-2023 WINTER

After paying Rs. 1,500/- for entrance exam and subsequent successful result the students will deposit fees as follows:

*Caution money payable Rs. 10,000/- (refundable) for Dental Sciences and Nursing Sciences

Admission to Ph.D. Programme for session 2022-2023 Winter will be based on an entrance examination and personal interview (NET/JRF candidates are exempted from entrance exam).

NUJ will comply with all applicable rules and regulations laid down by UGC with respect to Ph.D. Programme. Research Board assists scholars in regulatory compliance. We address numerous guides and resources to staying compliant while conducting research and explain important aspects of the program viz. admission procedure, registration, Semester- course work, implementation methodology, conduct of examination, submission of research proposal, appointment of supervisor/co supervisor, Ph.D. thesis submission, evaluation of scholar performance leading to the award of Ph.D. degree etc.
The candidates admitted to the Ph.D. programme are expected to be aware of the basic philosophy of the academic program of the University. The University follows semester pattern and a candidate is required to register in the prescribed Ph.D. courses by filling the registration form and paying requisite amount of fees.
